Racquel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Supervisor, and Founder of Renewal Counseling & Wellness, located in Northern Virginia. She manages the daily operations, program development and clinical supervision programs. Racquel provides therapy to children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. She believes that the therapeutic relationship has the power to help clients move towards healing and growth. Racquel has a genuine passion for helping individuals enhance their life and reach personal goals. She believes in providing a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable sharing feelings and thoughts.
Deborah is a licensed clinical social worker, board-certified (LCSW, BCD), a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Specialist (CSOTS), a certified Post Traumatic Disorder Specialist (PTSDS), and a trauma specialist. Deborah has worked with children, adults, couples, and families for over 28 years in private practice, the school system, county clinics, and facilities for the chronically mentally ill. Currently, she is the CEO and clinical director of a large therapeutic foster care/mental health agency in the Northern Virginia area. She is presently in the dissertation phase of her EdD in Community Care and Counseling with a Trauma Cognate. Deborah is especially fond of working with couples and helping them overcome marital and communication issues.
Anastasia has her Master’s Degree from VCU and is a Supervisee in Social Work. Anastasia aims to support individuals of all ages in becoming their best self. Her focus areas include: anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, women's issues, and overall well-being. By utilizing techniques from CBT, DBT and person-centered therapy, she can provide a safe and inclusive space to explore thoughts and feelings without judgment.
Caitlin received her Master of Social Work degree from George Mason University and is currently under supervision for her LCSW. Caitlin works with kids, teens and adults who want to learn how to cope with symptoms of depression and anxiety, as well as those going through life transitions. Using CBT, DBT and bits and pieces of other therapeutic methods, Caitlin is able to help clients recognize that they have the keys to not only surviving, but thriving within them. She believes that creating a strong positive rapport with clients is vital to successful therapeutic endeavors, and uses humor and empathy to support these relationships and create a nonjudgmental and safe environment. Fun Fact: Caitlin is also a classically trained singer and sometimes uses techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing as a coping skill for clients.
Seth Yavit is an LPC who earned a Master’s Degree in Creative Art Therapy and Counseling from the College of New Rochelle. For more than 10 years, he has helped people find healing in schools, developmental centers, community outreach centers, and the psychiatric unit at GW Hospital.

As Jung says, ‘each client has their own specific language’ – Seth considers finding each person’s language to be one of the most important goals in therapy.
Seth spends his free time as a working artist, musician, and comedian and enjoys bringing aspects of humor to a session for its therapeutic benefits.
